  1. Payment Process The payment gateway allows the Customer to make payments for products or services purchased from Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited. All transactions will be processed via HDFC Bank, and the applicable payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, internet bank, UPI, and other electronic payment options recognised by the Reserve Bank of India and HDFC Bank.

 

  1. Payment Information By using the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You consent to Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited and HDFC Bank using your information for purpose of payment processing only. However, Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited, does not capture or retain any personal financial information of the Customer.

 

  1. Transaction Confirmation Terms and conditions display and provided by HDFC Bank shall be applicable.

Payment Discrepancies In case of any discrepancies related to the payment (including but not limited to chargebacks, duplicate payments, or incorrect transactions), Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited shall not be responsible. The dispute will be subject to the terms and conditions of HDFC's payment processing services. You must refer to HDFC's terms and conditions for resolution, which will be binding.

 

  1. Refunds and Cancellations Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited refund policy and General Terms of Sale. Any issues related to refunds or cancellations must be resolved directly with Eurofins Genomics India Private Limited in accordance with its refund policy.
